This editorial is about how the economy is doing today. People are not as afraid of the economic crises as before, but the economy is still suffering from tons of debt. The economic crises is worse in the United States, Europe and Japan. The President will have to do all that he can to fix the problem, but it just gets worse each day. I believe that the economic problem will not be fixed anytime soon because it's going to take a lot of work and effort from everyone. This problem will still be just as bad as it is today if not more by the time that President Obama finishes his terms. More workers are being laid off and becoming unemployed as a result of the economic debt. So the President and the Congress needs to work together in order to fix the problem.

Editorial - Still Needed
This editorial is about Medicaid programs. The recession has caused people to rely more on insurance to make sure they are covered in case of injuries. There has been more stimulus money put into the Medicaid programs, but that money runs out at the end of the year. If the Congress doesn't extend the funding then other states will have to reduce the Medicaid benefits. I believe that Congress should do all that it can to help with the Medicaid benefits. Everyone deserves to have insurance even if they are poor which is what Medicaid does, provide insurance for the poor. The recession is hurting everyone because businesses are laying workers off which leads to more poor people on the streets. So adding more money into the Medicaid programs is important.
